Elevator Malfunctions

Always use the emergency button located on the elevator panel to contact assistance if you are in the elevator when it malfunctions.


After-Hours Emergencies

Fire, flood, incidents involving a police matter, or health related issue to a person or tenant within the property – Please contact the emergency phone line found on your welcome package if it happens after 5 pm or during Saturdays after 3 pm, Sundays and Holidays.


Non-Emergency

Loss of keys or fobs, tenant request for parking, storage, pet accident follow-up, noise complaints, etc. Please email rent@themoodyrentals.ca All non-urgent matters will be responded to during regular business hours.


Non-Urgent Maintenance Requests

Please submit through the RENTCafé Resident portal. Refer to your Tenant Welcome Guide and/or the welcome email for instructions if you are not already registered via RENTCafé.
